The article link above informs us about a Massachusetts teenager who dismembers cats because “he was bored.” The teenager was charged with two accounts of animal cruelty. He was surrounded by the remains of mutilated cats at the time of his arrest. Indeed that is quite a disturbing image. It is inappropriate and unlawful to see someone so young being violent towards animals that probably did nothing wrong to receive such mistreatment. People interviewed in the article find that those acts are unpleasant and brutal and they also bring up that what if he did that to people. As I learned from way back when, killers/murderers often did such acts of animal cruelty before acting on their acts towards humans.
