For your blogposts this week (due by May 15), I'd like you to find an article or a clip or an advertisement that in some way represents or engages critically with human cruelty towards animals. What are the ways in which the text you are working with critiques, questions, or problematizes animal mistreatment? Try to think about it in relation to Bentham or Spiegel or Singer--what is the basis upon which your text objects to animal cruelty?
